How I work
JESTECH is the practice I use to stay hands-on with product, design, and engineering decisions end to end, outside of a corporate structure. No handoffs, no layers between the decision and the work.
Forgza is the current proof of that. It’s a native iOS product I’m scoping, designing, and building myself, from the SwiftUI client and REST API backend to the local-first data model underneath it. Every product and architecture decision on it is mine.
What I focus on
Product strategy
Defining what to build and why, from early concept through launch, not just backlog management.
Hands-on development
Shipping real, working software myself: iOS clients, backend APIs, system architecture.
Modernizing legacy systems
Turning fragmented tools and manual processes into platforms that scale.
Operational workflow design
Improving how teams and systems work together day to day, not just the tools they use.
