JESTECH.studio exists to help untangle those problems.
This site is where I’ll share ideas, lessons, and practical observations from years working at the intersection of product management, technology, and operations. Much of my work has focused on modernizing internal platforms, improving workflows, and helping teams move from fragmented processes to systems that scale.
Technology alone rarely solves operational problems. What matters more is how systems support the people who use them every day.
