I spend my days moving between product decisions and the code that has to carry them out. This blog is where I write down what I notice along the way: the friction points, the tools that help, the ones that don’t, and the small decisions that end up mattering more than they should.
Expect posts on product management, software, and technology more broadly, plus the occasional post about a gadget or tool I’ve been using. Some posts will be practical, some will be more thinking-out-loud. I’m not trying to cover everything, just what I’m actually working on or paying attention to at the time.
I write this the same way I build things: hands-on, one decision at a time, without pretending to have it all figured out in advance.
Look around. New posts go up as I have something worth saying.
